锰砂滤料简介：

锰砂滤料是采用国内优质锰砂矿、晶粒致密、机械强度大、化学活性强、不易破碎、不溶于水的天然锰矿砂。经水洗打磨除杂、破碎、干燥、磁选、筛分、除尘等工艺加工成砂。再把加工好的锰砂按一定的级配调合而成。它具有水处理滤料最理想的级配比例，使它在单位体积内有最大的比表面积、最强的截污能力、最大的氧化催化作用和最小的反冲洗流失率。 

锰砂滤料外观黑褐色，近圆形，主要成份是二氧化锰，含量在35%-45%之间。 

锰砂滤料的使用方法：

采用锰砂滤料处理地下水，工艺简单，操作方便，工程造价低，长效稳定，服务周期在5年以上，易于管理，不填加任何化学药剂即可达到去除水中铁、锰、砷等有害物质的目的，水质完全达到国家饮用水标准，是非常好的地下水处理滤料。 

锰砂里面含的天然二氧化锰能氧化水中二阶铁并沉淀除掉，使水清净。既可用于地下水除铁，又可用于地下水除锰；我厂生产的锰砂滤料是采用优质天然锰矿石为原料，经机械破碎多次筛选而成，外观粗糙多棱角，呈褐色，晶粒致密、硬度高、耐腐蚀、损失少、使用寿命长，在水中浸泡不溶解、过滤水中含锰量不增加，天然锰砂可说是最难溶于水的净化剂。具有良好的除铁、除锰性能，是地下水和工业用水含铁离子和锰离子进行除铁、除锰处理的必备产品。 

当前使用天然锰砂除铁原理有二种：

一种是锰砂表面有一层活性滤膜，可起到很强的氧化作用；

另一种是锰砂本身对铁质起催化作用，将水中的二价铁催化成三价铁，并使三阶铁质附着于锰砂颗粒表面，起到除铁的目的。含量30%的天然锰砂滤料，只宜用于地下水除铁。
