烧结尖晶石的优点：该工艺是一个连续的陶瓷化过程，控制窑中给料速度和均衡的温度分布，产生非常均匀的晶体尺寸为30-80µm及低气孔率（3%）的产品。

氧化铝基电熔铝镁尖晶石的生产工艺与方法：氧化铝基电熔铝镁尖晶石是以纯度≥98.5%的轻烧氧化镁并配入适量的高纯菱镁矿（MgO>45.55%)等做配合料。在电弧炉内经高温冶炼而成，可加工成不同规格的颗粒骨料和尖晶石细粉。
