输送带专用胶：
用途：
本品适用于各种输送带接头的常温快速粘合，初粘力大，强度高，抗曲 性好，耐酸，碱，盐，水，油，抗老化。
输送带粘合剂用法/Direction：
1：将欲粘部位打毛，然后用输送带清洁剂去污。
(Rough,clean by special cleaner)
2：取本胶85%及450固化剂15%混均匀。即用即配，两小时内用完。
（Take 85 percent of adhesive and 15% percent of 450 curing agent,
then mix evenly.Used at once。After mixed,the mixture should be used up within two hours.
3：在干燥洁净的被粘物面均匀涂刷2-3次混合胶液。
( Smear the mixture evenly onto the dry and clean surfaces for two or three times.)
4：刷胶后，在红外灯或碘钨灯下烘烤，待胶膜中的溶剂充分挥发
至胶膜不粘手且仍有粘性时再涂第二或第三遍。
（It is better to heating surfaces by infrared lights or an indine-tungsten lamp.
Smear adhesive once more when the coating doesn’t adhere your hands but is still sticky.）
5：粘合后，用手锤从中间向四周均匀敲2-3遍以排除空气。
（After being spliced,hammer it evenly two or three times from the center to the round sides to eliminate air bubbles.）
6：粘合后，静置1小时投入使用。
(It can be put into use 1 hour after being spliced)
输送带粘合剂专用胶注意&NOTES：
1：若遇胶液冻结，可将铁听放入热水中解冻，不影响粘结性能。
（Put the can in hot water when frozen.）
2：本品易燃，贮运 使用时应注意安全。
（The adhesive is flammable.Pay attention to the safety in storing,transporting and using .）
3：保质期：18个月（置阴凉，干燥处）
（Quality-assured Period: 18 Months (Stored in a cool and dry place)

使用说明：
1：可用于输送带胶，难燃胶及各类氯丁胶的固化之用
（Can be used for conveyor belt adhesive flame retardant adhesive
and curing of all kinds of neoprene.）
2：按各类胶种的配比使用（1-15%）
By the use of various types of adhesive ratio(1-5%)
3：避光 防水 防潮
(Dark,Waterproof, Moisture proof)
4：贮存期： 18个月（置于阴凉干燥处）
