FFU简介：Fan Filter Unit中文意思是风机过滤单元，简称FFU，俗称层流罩。它是一种自带动力具有过滤功效的模块化末端送风装置；风机从FFU顶部将空气吸入并经过HEPA过滤，过滤后的洁净空气从出风面均匀送出；可模组化连接使用。FFU为洁净室提供洁净空气并且提供微粒过滤控制。FFU安装在洁净室的天花板上（25%到100%的覆盖率），常规尺寸为1175*575mm或1200*600mm，非标尺寸我司可按客户要求订做生产!
FFU应用范围：适用于从100000级到100级的各种洁净室，并可组装成超净生产线、洁净工作室、洁净棚、无尘衣柜等。
