一、产品概述product introduction

   NJGC型耐压式称重给煤机是火力发电厂燃煤锅炉与循环硫化床锅炉配套的理想设备。具有连续给煤、动态计量、精度高、并能有效匹配锅炉运行状态，自动控制热风反窜，使系统运行更为安全可靠，为现场管理、操作提供准确可靠的计量数据和控制手段，是适应锅炉运行工艺的先进计量给煤设备。

With continuous feeding, dynamic state measurement, high precision, and can effectively match the running state of the boiler, automatic control of hot air anti channeling, to make the system more safe and reliable, supply the reliable accurate measurement data and control  way for site management, operation, is the advanced metering boiler operation process of coal weighing feeder equipment.

二、工作原理work principle

当煤通过控制闸门进入给煤机，皮带上煤的重量信号和皮带运行的速度信号一同传送到微处理控制器，自动计算出煤的瞬时流量。通过连续不断的比较设定流量与实际煤的瞬时流量，从而调节皮带运行的速度，使实际煤流量保持在设定流量值上。给煤机内部装有温度传感器，进行温度的检测，并与设定值比较，当达到临界点时，便输出开关量信号和控制系统，快速关闭煤流出口高温隔离闸门，从而达到阻止热风反窜的目的。

When the coal  through the control gate into the coal weiging feeder, the belt running speed signal and weight signal is transmitted to the micro processing controller, automatically calculate the instantaneous flow of coal. The transient flow through the continuous compare the setting flow and actual coal flow, to adjust the belt speed, so that the actual coal flow is maintained in the set value of flow. Coal feeder with internal temperature sensor to checking the temperature of the inside of the feeder, and compared with the set value, when it reaches the critical point, then switch quantity output signal and control system, quickly close the coal outlet temperature isolation gate, to prevent reverse flow of hot air.

四、性能特点performance characteristics

1、采用耐压式全封闭壳体，密封严密，不漏气漏尘，能够在0.35MPa环境下工作，同时，在壳体

      中部、头部、尾部设有观察窗，内部有防爆型照明灯，可方便观察给煤机的运行情况；
